Those visiting the park in the last day or two will have seen the culmination of our Mural Project, transforming the electricity substation on the western hillside with the artwork of Chris Rutterford, aided by the pupils of Firrhill High School. An official opening, including a contribution by Chris, is planned sometime soon: more information in due course.
Another recent arrival is our third picnic table. This one is wheelchair-accessible. It has taken the place of one of the two standard (full-bench) tables at the north end. And the latter has been moved to a new site, further south into the park. Well-timed to match these summery days!
